All 3 comes with English translation. Do keep in mind, out of the box the game is always online. (This "functionality", aka, calling home everytime you show the main menu, is disabled in my repack and in the HF patch)
Steam version is censored, as per usual (less flexible sliders, main game missing etc), this can be restored with the premium patch available at https://www.illgames.jp/product/hcccp/en.php

No cards from prior releases are supported, nor are they likely to ever be. Illusion has washed their hands of all their old releases, so would be a shock to see such functionality implemented, even if they could. As things stand though, different base mesh = no card compatibility.
As for VR, Illgames has not announced anything related to that to my knowledge.
I can understand the lack of card compatibility, but I was under the impression the entire point of these games was to incorporate VR implementation. I don't see the point of them otherwise. That's why I never cared for AI Sho-whatever or Room Girl.

In fairness, I would be shocked if VR didn't come somewhere down the line, but they have not announced anything about it thus far to my knowledge, so just gotta go by that for the time being
