did this version fix the bug when the guy has 3some in the casino? Mine stuck at loading screen 58% everytime

That is interesting, since I never say anything about “MAKING RELATIONSHIPS”.
What I meant earlier was that I never managed to get a character to talk to each other even when I put them on the same map.
So “fate encounter” are just a figure of speech. But yeah, did I missed some features to allow them to talk to characters from a different building?
I never able to get the option to regardless the map or the controlled character I was controlling still not have enough charisma level.
PS: Aside from this line, this comment is an exact copy of a comment from R1.1 page

@uglywolf: only thing i can found is to register that character to another building. for sample: you can register the janitor who work in the office to be a student in the school. yup this janitor can work in two place at once. waiting for RNG encounter is totally suck even for the people who already working in the building since most of bots in this game often act like a dead bot.
