@SEEDERY that's normal for cracked softwares. Most of them are false positive, but make sure you monitor your PC stats too (CPU-GPU and network usage)

I honestly tired of Yuzushit. Every title since Noble Works (Maya was the only thing worth in it) is the same fucking shit with a different coat of paint. If only they would hire a capable writer who can write at least something more original. Such a waste of good quality production, art and character design. Cudos to the uploader though.

That is entirely subjective and I disagree with that, Yuzusoft is a great company and they make great visual novels and their writing is perfectly fine. I absolutely enjoyed this visual novel and I also bought it on Steam (I don't pirate their releases anymore), it is a fantastic visual novel and well written as well.

I mean compared to the other moeges yuzushit is really above any other in terms of quality and overall enjoyment. It's just that they are on this business for quite some time, and have a lot profit from their vns (probably one of the most profitable vn developer, if not the one), so it bugs me that they didn't improve at all in terms of originality in their settings or story. You will understand when you'll read more of their shit and even more vns in general, or are you one those guys who gave nekopara 9 to 10 score on vndb?

For Noble Works, every route is worth reading and they're all good as well. All Yuzusoft titles are fantastic, maybe they were never meant for you since you seem to hate them when all of their works are great. I've read a lot of titles by Yuzusoft and not a single one of them is bad. Nekopara has nothing to do with Yuzusoft so I see no reason to answer that question. I also rated Cafe Stella a 10 on VNDB.
