Before you download you need to know that this is not a Repack of Custom Order Maid 3D2. It does not include the actual game. This pack is only a piece for building the "ULTIMATE" version of the game.
This is an addon for the Japanese version of the game and requires both COM3D2 and the older CM3D2 with all their DLC to be fully compatible. The final download size roughly sums up to 170GB.
It took me months of searching, testing and fixing to get it to this point, all so you can get the game up and running in a matter of hours depending on your internet connection.
I made this pack so you can enjoy the full game experince while not having to deal with all that headache.
COM3D2 Modpack is a collection of some of the best clothing and body mods out there that were fully tested and optimized to work without issues within the modpack.
I tried to keep it as generic as possible so I only included normal clothing mods or items that are rare or unique in a way that would make up for an interesting addition to the customizing experience. It is not feasable to include too many character specific mods because the download size would skyrocket and the loading time is already too high.
This pack includes uncensor and optional English community translation for the main story and UI.
Newer DLC events are machine translated.
All presets included in this pack are for personal use only. They are for testing different body proportions and face setups and should not be used for screenshots unless they are edited first.

I have all the DLC installed despite the messages of DLC checker. It just checks the update.lst files, not the game folder files, which are present in the game.
However I am reverting to 3.1. After updating to 3.2 it gives me constant error messages when I load a save game modified with 3.1 mods.
@petran79 it would help if you'd share a screenshot with the error message. Using save files from 3.1 on 3.2 should be fine. The other way around I don't really know because R3.2 has a plugin that allows to add more facilities. So that extra information has to be stored in the save file. The game might have problems reading the save file without that plugin. Contact me in private on ulmf.org and we'll sort things out.
Sorry I reverted back already. I added the facilities plugin in the existing 3.1 release and the translation modifications too. I only updated the male body mods from 3.2.
I had married the maids and set the 3d model to appear on the main menu. When the save file was loaded, some message about models missing or not loading appeared. Both a message requiring to push OK but also console red messages.
Also there is a plugin that changes 3P animations (Mbody proj3 COM ANIM). But I am confused how it works. I put it in the mod folder but animations look the same. Readme has also a link to this page with extra plugins

That is not a plugin. It substitutes the official Orgy 3P animations. You just put it in the Mod folder and that's it. You already have Mod Loader otherwise you wouldn't be able to load any mods. In the description it says that it modifies the motion of the 2nd man so that the limbs do not cover the maid (see sample image). I did not test it to see the difference but the way I see it these animations are for getting better angles in screenshots. To restore the official animations just remove the mod.
It would be nice if I could get a look at the red error messages in the console to find the source of the issue. I think I've seen that happen to someone else before but he wasn't using this pack. Updating or removing mods shouldn't break the game. Worst case scenario it breaks a preset in the sense that it won't load the mod and that's it. It shouldn't complain too much about it. You just go back to maid edit menu and update the preset if that's the case. If you were using the Menu Edit cache plugin you should have deleted the cache after updating the mod folder. In fact you should have removed everything related to the previous installation. Overwrites can (and will) break the game.
If i do want both games complete with all dlc and all personalities, would it maybe be better to use that modular installer from the discord or would it be better to use this modpack stripped down somehow?
The modpack as the name states is just an optimized Mod folder that won't fill the console with error messages when you load it. You don't have to keep all the mods if you don't want them. Look at the preview samples and keep what you need. Removing some mods may break others if they share dependencies. I suggest keeping the _BODY folder since it has all the uncensored skins and various body types. Any modifications you bring to the Mod folder is on you, and you are the only one to blame if you break something
It really doesn't matter which AIO option you go with, but you'll have to keep in mind that:
- If you go with COM Modular Installer you'll have to remove the CMI uncensor folder or you'll end up with duplicates and broken uncensor.
- Some mods require NPRshader for those photo realistic skins and gloss. CMI does not have that plugin and never will, which is why I keep maintaining the BepInEx AIO R3.3 as an alternative to it.
- The Translation AIO R3.3 adds full translation for the main story ported from English version. CMI only adds machine translation.
- It's true that CMI is more convenient to use and update since it does everything for you on auto. Otherwise CMI is just another AIO packed in a fancy installer which discord folks worship like the second coming of Jesus.
- Despite what you were lead to believe, CMI is not fool proof. If the latest BepInEx AIO doesn't work for you, neither will CMI because you did something wrong before even getting to installing them.
- Most common issues come from installing the game in the default Downloads folder, having the folders flagged as read only, not cleaning up previous installation when upgrading AIO, not adding the registry keys correctly and (optionally) not linking the two games correctly.
All these issues could have been easily avoided if people would actually read the pastebin documentation before crying on discord.
That being said it is up to you to decide what's best for you.
Any red error messages on the console? If not, you may have paused the console. Try hitting space or enter on the console. It is expected for the maid edit menu to take some time to load.

I'm upgrading from a complete install I established about 6 months ago. I meticulously cleaned everything and followed the guide to a T very patiently.
I essentially created a vanilla version of the game with all DLC and expansions, checked it, ran fine. As soon as I copy over the R3.3 BepinEX AIO, I'm immediately met with:

Not exactly sure how much more of a cleanup I can do considering I stripped out ALL mod frameworks (Sybaris, translators, Bepin, all DLLs relating to the aforementioned), and clean copied your repack in, only be met with the above error. For reference, before I nuked my established Bepinex/Sybaris setup to upgrade everything to newest versions, everything worked perfectly fine with no issues other than some mods erroring out in the maid maker because they probably relied on dlc I didn't have.
Edit: Downgraded to 1.48 from V1.50, still doesn't work. Same error. I started from the top again. Followed your guide to clean everything out. Game runs on V1.48 fine. As soon as I copy in the BepInEx AIO R3.3 pack, I get met with the fatal error.
Newest plugins only work with 1.50. Downgrading to 1.48 was a big mistake and is likely to have compromised the game installation.
The order you should do things is like this:
-update to 1.50
-install missing dlc
-remove all traces of the old AIO if you had it installed
-install new bepinex AIO
-Optionally delete system.dat
Does the game start without any mods and framework ?
IO errors usually mean your game folder or one of the subfolders ended up read only for whatever reason.
You don't have it installed in Downloads folder, do you ? Or did you extract the AIO in Downloads folder and then moved it to the game directory?
Well, I could say, everyhting works fine for me. I followed the instructions step by step and the failures I got, was my own "fault" - or better say: my computer.

Everyone with "I followed the guide but it doesnt work": you could check if your main folders (cm3d and com3d) are unchecked for "read only" - that was 2 times the reason why my game wont work.
After I unchecked the read-only box (I think thats the name for "Schreibgeschützt" - I'm on a german OS xD ) - everything works fine.

The only hiccup I had was a mod file duplicate "real_lip_P_004", found in two separate files in the Mods folder once everything was put together. It doesnt cause any issue though :3

Something is still wrong. There are no errors in the archive. The issue is at your end. What torrent client do you use that derps this much ? I suggest using another torrent client such as qBittorrent. If you don't want to download everything again then start the new torrent client, start the torrent again and point it to the existing location. Do a hash check on the existing files and let it complete the download if it finds missing blocks.

For some reason, installing the [CMI_Difference_Module] results in a black screen for me. Anyone know why? Just using the COM Modular Installer works, but when I try to install the CMI Difference Module everything turns to shit (sorry for lack of a better term my vocabulary is limited).
looks like an issue with NPRshader 0.9.1.0. I will revert it to 0.8.5.0 for now.
Try it now. Also remove Sybaris\UnityInjector\Config\NPRShader.ini. You can overwrite the difference module
Someone reported the same issue on sixima's twitter (NPRshader dev) but no response.
