wombat release of Mail Order Maiden 28

A few deinterlacing issues, but the source was a terrible mess. Did the best I could with it.

Expect a v2 later (who knows how much later) which (hopefully) fixes the few nuances and has less blur (from fixing the absolutely awful dot-crawl present on source)
