Ok, found it https://www.keroq.co.jp/suba_10th/download/index.html You can install it over the english-patched game. There will be no problems

I installed the 1.0.1 patch but does it even work as it still shows English 1.0 and not 1.0.1 after patch.

English 1.0 is not a game version but version of translation patch, If the file 'tuinosora_remake.pfs.010' appeared in the game folder then the patch was installed successfully

So which patch is better? v1.0.0 or v1.0.1? What does game patch 1.0.1 adds/fix? To install, install English patch then v1.0.1 game patch in that order? Thanks for this!

The patch makes the mosaics on the H scenes less jarring to look at.
