I am pretty sure mp4 containers can have multiple audio/subtitle tracks but idk why you wouldn't just use mkv container to begin with since it's probably the best container to use for basically any format compatibility. It's lightweight and has very little restrictions for what can be in the container along with having more advanced options especially with its continued development so it only makes sense to me to use mkv containers.
I agree with user DamianV8501.The MP4 container has limitations regarding audio codecs such as FLAC or subtitles such as the ASS format, but it can include multiple audio and/or subtitle tracks.
