I made a DDL in case you bought the game on Steam and would just need the patch itself. https://mega.nz/folder/yNVmVK7T#n6LJ0qZx3g6F0npR4kjmEw It contains both games: The 2nd page of the medical examination diary and The medical examination diary: the exciting days of me and my senpai as well as another game from the same developer Maid for Loving You. Just read the folders to know which patch is which.

The game won’t start for me. It just opens a black screen and closes itself immediately. Didn’t have this issue with the fanTL version of this game or the other game “Boku to Joi no Shinsatsu Nisshi”
