for whoever is confused as to how to use/update the Celestine patch, just drag the file into the folder where you installed the 黒獣外伝 〜淫欲に溺れた娼姫たちの物語 game, not the one with the 2 elves. Then just execute the application then it will update the game and when you launch the game you should see the append option added.
