Is extracting it to Program Files really a requirement? I would think you should be able to extract it anywhere, I wouldn't even recommend installing any visual novels or other games in Program Files (unless you're forced to), it's hardly ever necessary now. Sounds like this runs from a folder anyways. I'm just going to extract this to my E:\Visual Novels directory which is a SSD and where I put new visual novels now.
