Install instructions:

  1. Extract the folder into any directory of your preference
  2. Download this file and put it inside the SnowPE folder to update the patch to the latest version
  3. Right-click on REALLIVE.EXE, create a desktop shortcut and rename it to Snow
  4. Right-click on the shortcut, go to properties, change icon, select SNOWPE.ICO and click ok
  5. Enjoy!

If you run into any issues, start the game on compatibility mode on Windows XP (Service Pack 3)

Is extracting it to Program Files really a requirement? I would think you should be able to extract it anywhere, I wouldn’t even recommend installing any visual novels or other games in Program Files (unless you’re forced to), it’s hardly ever necessary now.
Sounds like this runs from a folder anyways.

I’m just going to extract this to my E:\Visual Novels directory which is a SSD and where I put new visual novels now.
