This game (Boku to Joi no Shinsatsu Nisshi) is a sequel/same timeline to this: https://sukebei.nyaa.si/view/2618793 (Boku to Nurse no Kenshuu Nisshi) There is also another game that uses a similar artstyle from Prekano https://vndb.org/v32308 (Kiss Kara Hajimaru Gyaru no Koi) Literally some of the characters look like this, but it seems it's a standalone. I made a DDL in case you bought the game on Steam and would just need the patch itself. https://mega.nz/folder/yNVmVK7T#n6LJ0qZx3g6F0npR4kjmEw It contains both games: The 2nd page of the medical examination diary and The medical examination diary: the exciting days of me and my senpai as well as another game from the same developer Maid for Loving You. Just read the folders to know which patch is which.
