I downloaded that Velna 3 video from elsewhere, renamed, rechecked the torrent, and it's still incomplete. Since it's given as-is from the artist and the mediainfos are identical (hell, even the CRCs), I guess OP did something to the file, created the torrent, and then started seeding with the original/unedited one, hence no one can finish.
