Zetsu, it seems the uncensored and user content mod brings this to "Version 3.0.22" Basically this is a fan modded updated version that uses the same patch system that FreakilyCharming built into the game. Hope that clears up the version discrepency. (When you launch the game it will actually say it is 3.0.22 in the Taskbar) Death_toaster, This here is a PC version. (Filesize alone should suggest as much) To the best of my knowledge those patch notes are simply ripped from the official site and include the simple fact that Android received the 3.0.19 Patch.
