@Kenshi I guess Hikiko usually uploads according to his free time or he hasn't yet (ripped) Zoku 02 at the time of uploading Shiranui. If you look at his history and his old uploads, we very rarely have all animes the day of their release in Japan. So I invite you to be patient, it will happen eventually.
