I've reviewed the files, I believe this upload to be safe, it is nearly identical to the NewDragon upload, which I've also checked to be likely safe. This uploader is fake anonymous btw, he has other good uploads.

I've checked this before ThatPersonOverThere comment was posted, i've seen nothing wrong (seems like a legit VN engine exe) so i left it here and said nothing.
