It's one of the most simple ways of protecting Rpg Maker MV files. It's very easy to unpack too.

sadly when unpacking usually makes files corrupt. and fail a lot specially in animations

@Maryel Unpacking shouldn't make any files corrupt. If it is you're using an incompatible EnigmaVBU, try rolling back or a head of the version you're using. Though in general 0.57 does a fine job.
