For those who were wondering why, the english option is indeed in the game, but it’s not ready yet (that’s also why the game is only listed as japanese on dlsite, it’s also written in english if you scroll down). And v1.01 is out already. Good luck if uploader plan on updated often

Ments is also on a forum I frequent, so there’s at least that.
