@Daego Mate, I already wrote a disclaimer in the description for these LQMEME rips. The source for this is an authentic 1080p video. The source just has a very low bitrate, so issues like the one you've pointed out happen when shit moves fast. Plus the combination of it being a dark scene don't pair well. Hikiko123's rips are warpsharped DVDs. They're a distorted, shrunken, wobbly mess compared to what they should look like. I can point out many scenes that look worse in the LQMEME rip compared to hikiko123's, but overall this is a better viewing experience to people who don't like looking at distorted line art. Hentai OVAs in general are low budget, so there are only a few scenes that move that fast that are gunna implode from lack of bitrate. Both videos are resized + borders have been added to the DVDRip to line the picture up for the comparison since Pink Pineapple DVDs still don't have the full video scan area even though it's 2021 lul. I have included the shot you use in your example plus many other shots and some other shots that implode from moving too fast. The bitrate implosions actually don't happen that often in this OVA since the shots are usually slower paced thankfully. This is probably going to be one of the worst LQMEME rips since this hentai ova has a fuck ton of dark scenes where low bitrate is not ideal at all so there is additional detail loss in those scenes especially during panning. However, as one of the only guys who actually cares and is providing legitimate alternative rips to hikiko123 I can say I much prefer the LQMEME over hikiko123's rips. Eventually I will put out a better rip from a way better source that isn't as shit as this LQMEME's source, but until then... TL;DR this is labelled [LQMEME] for a reason. You can watch something that overall looks better and sit through a few bitrate implosions, or sit through some bootleg looking warpsharped abomination.
