I would wait until the game files have been decensored and a custom movie captured from that.
What's the point of uploading 3 files that have the same resolution, length and content, while the only difference is the bitrate, aka the bigger one is the best looking one, while the smallest is bitrate starved, so you'll get some blurry aliased frames when stuff is in motion.
