windows defender detects sth but it doesnt state the name. someone else got this bug?

If windows defender prevents the launching of the game because it's from an "unknown publisher", then I'd say it's fine. If windows defender puts a file into quarantine, it's most likely a trojan. It's a crack to make the game run. I personally never got a virus from these but I can't say it's safe 100% either. I also didn't download this game because 8bg is too huge...

The DL site link says the original filesize is 8.2GB I wonder what makes it so huge

@Jet_Kirby - I played the demo a while back. It may not look like it from the thumbnail, but it looks almost like a PS4 game in terms of environments, lighting, texture, etc. The game itself is okay. Pros: Amazing graphics and smooth animation, albeit simple. I felt immersed in the demo to feel compelled to beat the game, even if I missed the erotic content. Cons: Controls are pretty wonky. You need to fix the camera in the menu to make sure it's not at max sensitivity because WOWEE it jumps around. Otherwise, the game is pretty standard fare. All the space is being taken up by an open world and high-end graphics.

@Jet_Kirby the other stuff that Juno016 missed is that the author went all-in when their last title was a smash. Can't really blame them either, we're probably on the cusp of eroge hitting mainstream instead of niche now.

I second the need for 1.0.3. There were some game-breaking bugs in the initial release, including one that prevents you from using the gallery. The creator posted on his website to apologize and made the update to fix it.
