Good shout on adding the tool to translate as well. I've been looking into creating a tool myself. However, RPGMaker games are not coded in C# and I cannot be fucked to learn C++ again, even when I first used it, I found it frutrating. Just be ready, theres so many "false" positives for the tool that any anti-virus program will delete the files over and over again. Also, Its created by a Chinese bloke, it might just be me thats slightly racist, but I instantly thought "Well.. Those bastards are so good cyber security and hacking that those false positives might be real.. I would never know until I was being blackmailed". But then again, over 390 people are supporting his Patreon, one would assume that if anyone had, had their pc ransom wared away from them, people would run away instantly. I'm gonna hijack this comment section for a moment to say: NEVER download anything from an anon! You're guaranteed to get infected with malware. Especially since that crypto miner faggot is quite active today.

Not every anon is guaranteed malware. And you can usually identify the miner from the games they upload (western and crowdfunded games) and they post their upload on the fun site as well.

If you have somebody claiming "false positives" and linking a patreon you better believe the viruses are real. Stay away from this one. Wait for it to get released by a more reputable source. And even then run it through virus scanners.

First, yes, be aware of "ANON". 2nd, don't forget to read things carefully. Our "Look for this {link/word}" won't help with that. We are not made out of A.I., be more variable, and decide what you want to do... Unless you are one of them made out of A.I., then not sure if I or us could even help you. If you asked me, leave the MTL and cheat aside, the tool they provided is alright. I am not saying GREAT, please don't get it over your head. Since not many(or maybe none) text hook was able to hook these rpg-engine it listed, so to me, it's quite helping.

The author of the tool posts over on ULMF, if you've got questions on that you can ask them directly in their support thread. They do answer, and the tools they're using to have built the hook engine are FOSS. For those curious, check the mtool/loader and mvloader directories. There's no encryption, your basic debugger or even something like virustotal will tell you exactly what each dll is doing. The javascript used for RPGMV games is in clear text, again not obfuscated. The DLL's used are not encrypted and can be clearly seen in "what" they're doing, which is using standard hooks like AGTH, TranslationAggregator, or Textractor.
