When the Leecher count significantly overwhelms the Seeder count, the download can undergo a pretty nasty traffic jam. I don’t know the details, could be something with Leecher priorities or overall distribution lag but I’ve noticed this happening frequently for any torrent that has these conditions.
That said, it resolves itself after a few hours anyways. Hopefully there aren’t too many “Do it NAOUGH!!” fappers here.

359 seeders but it stopped at 81% … wtf ? Also 5375 leechers and 0 completed downloads.
