## This is old. Get updated version. This repack is based on the English version of Custom Order Maid 3D2 v1.08.1 (Nutaku R18 version) which means it comes with the R18 patch preapplied. This is a VANILLA REPACK, meaning there are no mods or uncensor preinstalled. You have to install them yourself if you wish. See the installation procedure for details. I made a short guide to help you install and use this repack. Hopefully it will answer some of your questions and clear any confusion.
