Apparently this doesn't contain the 18+ content. Luckily the 18+ patch is free on the NN website: https://nekonyansoft.com/shop/product/38

Thanks for the files. Using "Steamless.v3.0.0.9.-.by.atom0s" to strip the exe and then "Goldberg_Lan_Steam_Emu_master--fc76b2d5" for the api dll works a treat.
