I changed the video credits since the original kid that said they purchased this doesn't appear to be the source. No worries. For those interested: **Most hentai and anime in general is upscaled at some point**. There are very few anime even today that are actually produced at 1080p, it's done postprocess. The video is released on vendors as 1080p, but it was upscaled with a bicubic kernal from 720p to 1080p by the animation studio before they gave it to the platform to sell it. How do I know this? I used [getnative](https://github.com/Infiziert90/getnative) to approximate the kernal they use to upscale. So far, the highest native resolution hentai anime I have personally observed is 940p which is stuff from Pink Pineapple. I release it as 1080p because not everyone has a powerful enough setup to use FSRCNNX or NGU during playback. Prevents release bloat of both 720p + 1080p and the 1080p output with FSRCNNX is better than the original upscale from the studio.

@**PenDrag0n**: Waifu2x is outdated trash that ruins video details. I use FSRCNNX to re-scale stuff, which is a superior upscaler that is far more accurate to the source.
