## This is old. See changelog from guide for updated version.

Before you download you need to know that this is not a Repack of Custom Order Maid 3D2. It does not include the actual game. This pack is only a piece for building the “ULTIMATE” version of the game.
This is an addon for the Japanese version of the game and requires both COM3D2 and the older CM3D2 with all their DLC to be fully compatible. The final download size roughly sums up to 180GB.
It took me months of searching, testing and fixing to get it to this point, all so you can get the game up and running in a matter of hours depending on your internet connection.
I made this pack so you can enjoy the full game experince while not having to deal with all that headache.
COM3D2 Modpack is a collection of some of the best clothing and body mods out there that were fully tested and optimized to work without issues within the modpack environment.
I tried to keep it as generic as possible so I only included normal clothing mods or items that are rare or unique in a way that would make up for an interesting addition to the customizing experience. It is not feasable to include too many character specific mods because the download size would skyrocket and the loading time is already too high.
This pack includes various uncensor skins and body replacements. You must choose between Mod\ [CMI] Uncensor or Mod\BODY\UNCENSOR. You can't have both or there will be conflicts.
Translation is a separate optional module and is linked in the guide. The translation is ported from COM3D2 English Vanilla Repack. Newer Japanese DLC events will still be machine translated.
I made a comprehensive guide to help you install and use this pack. Hopefully it will answer all your questions and clear any confusion.
Read it at https://pastebin.com/1SFajwy5
All presets included in this pack are for personal use only. They are for testing different body proportions and face setups and should not be used for screenshots unless they are edited first.
All credit goes to the original mod creators.

How big once installed? And while I kind of understand "Modpack" usually requires the actual separate base game. I'd rather ask anyway, do we need a base game for this, or is it included?
hey, sorry if this was already answered somewhere, but does this modpack already comes with translations/decensors and whatnot? saw some tutorials that stated that i had to download the translations/uncensors through this: https://custommaid3d2.com/index.php?downloads/legacy-meidos-modular-toolbox.94/
granted that that link sends you to LMMT download, and that one is already included on the modpack, i can just ignore that part and follow up with your tutorial, right? thank you for the packs and the extensive help on the pastebin files!
Let's set some facts straight
- This is modpack. It has a wide variety of uncesored skins, body mods and what not. It was designed to prepare the game for downloaded custom presets so you won't have to spend hours looking for the required mods. But mods are useless without a framework and modloader to enable them. So technically this torrent only has a part of the uncensor.
- The modpack will be annoying to use if you don't have both CM and COM linked together, with all the dlc costumes installed. Otherwise you'll get many errors and you'll have to remove the mods that have missing references from CM3D2 or other missing dlc. I recommend Custom Maid Ultimate Summer 2020 Edition and update it further with dlc using the guide.
- For COM3D2 we use COM Modular Installer (CMI)
- For CM3D2 we use Legacy Meido Modular Toolbox (LMMT)
- CMI and LMMT are AIO (All In One) installers. They install the framework and the needed plugins, including the ones responsible for uncesoring and auto translating the game.
- The modpack does not include CMI and LMMT. You download and install the latest versions yourself from the provided links.
- CMI does not install the official English translation. It only provides machine translation (Google Translate as default) and infrastructure to add your own translation. The actual translation is a separate module. See the guide.
- CMI is missing some useful plugins. One of the plugins is NPRshader, which is required for many 2020 mods to function properly. You can get it directly from sixima's repository or with the CMI_Difference_Module that is linked in the guide. To name a few benefits, this module will enable saving presets as png cards like in Illuision games (a few png cards are included), it will add more rooms for yotogi and allows more facilities to be built.
- CMI installs its own uncensor mods by default and you will have to remove "Mod \ [CMI] Uncensor". They are already included in this modpack. You can't have duplicate mods.
Make sure to read the guide and don't skip any steps from chapter 5.
I will probably upload a public beta of Modpack R4 sometime before Christmas. See the changelog for more information.
This is still too complicated to install. I'm struggling to follow the cryptpad instructions (even getting to those wasn't particularly simple). Isn't it possible to just upload a zip with the game folder with all the stuff already in place? I'm not sure I'll be able to play this otherwise.
BTW, this is the actual manual, for those who don't want to bother going through pastebin: https://cryptpad.fr/pad/#/2/pad/view/Hi0K4YVabEvXumQx5EFgR61ev619sMbDJeK53pN0lT0/
The link was encrypted for a reason. Now I have to change it again. Good job.
And no. I can't put everything in one folder and upload the whole game. That will only cause issues for most people when the game updates. Everything must be updated separately when needed. This game is not dead like koikatu. It still receives frequent updates and dlc that can potentially break half the plugins in one go. When it reaches end of support only then a complete repack will be possible. What happens when a tiny plugin breaks and prevents the game from loading ? Do I reupload a 180GB+ repack because people don't read instructions and just want to click and play ?
If thousands of people downloaded and installed it using the instructions so can you. I've even whitnessed a person with autism installing it succesfully. It took him 9 tries and assistance but he did it. It's all about determination.
If reading bothers you then this is definitely not for you, no offense. Get the english repack instead with no mods. Learn to use the game in its vannilla form and only then you can try out mods. The modpack is mostly for people who already know what it is and how to use it and why it exists in the first place. There is a newer version btw.
Why do you need to encrypt it?
I personally wouldn't updated that often anyway. I wouldn't mind playing an un-updated version that's easier to install.
I guess I'll try a few times again. Hopefully it won't take me 9 tries. Last time I got stuck at one point because the guide didn't line up with what I had in my files. Maybe it's all my fault. I'll try again.
Yea, this dual method kinna feels like it has me playing operation with the 2020 edition, pulling this out and adding that. I remember before COM3d2, the AIO for CM3d2, was smooth as silk. Not knocking you at all though, a preciate the time and effort spent, making it a little easier on us. I did want to know if it is due to all the mods in the beta pack, that the game takes forever to load, not once but every time?
@Issei_Luvkraft You need a ssd for this game or your hdd will commit seppuku.
Back in CM3D2 days you only loaded the base game with dlc and some basic mods. Nothing too fancy.
With Custom Maid Ultimate you are loading 2 full games with hundreds of dlc, lots of plugins (depending on your choices), the english ported translation, and a huge library of mods, many from CM era. Add the poor game optimization and you'll get your usual 5 to 10+ minutes initial loading time. I've seen people loading a 200GB Mod folder and not complaining. You get used to it eventually. Sometimes I forget that I launched the game because I disabled the annoying system sounds and music. I know when the loading is ready when the fan spins at higher rpm all of a sudden.
If you're not constantly adding or removing mods then caching will help a little after the initial loading of the maid edit menu (if you have CacheEditMenu plugin). Otherwise the plugin will also have to rebuild the cache again and again, every time you launch the game, further increasing the load time.
You can test the CM+COM combo with and without mods and measure the impact of the modpack R4 beta. Start a new game, complete the tutorial for 1st maid and save the game at day 1. Don't use any of your existing save data and make sure not to overwrite any of your save data. For each test you will measure the time it takes to get to edit menu on the new save.
Unlink CM and COM, move winhttp.dll and the Mod folder out of the game folder. Create an empty Mod folder in its place. Move "i18nEx\English\Script" out of the game folder. Delete "Sybaris\EditMenuCache\EditMenuCache.dat"
Test 1: Vanilla COM
Test 2: Vanilla CM+COM. Relink COM to CM
Test 3: Vanilla + plugins. Move winhttp.dll back
Test 4: Modded game. Move the Mod folder back and perform the test twice, before and after caching
Test 5: Modded game + translation. Move the Script folder back.
This will give you conclusive data on what is hogging the game the most.
Holy shit I figured it out, you're a damn genius dude. Thanks again for your awesomeness. Damn shame about pastebin and the nsfw tags. Keep kicking ass! I made sure to save it now lulz
according to the-link-he-who-shall-not-be-posted "Having CM3D2 installed allows you to transfer maids (and their personalities) to COM3D2 but to do so you need to have a save file of CM3D2 with completed tutorials for the 3 main characters.", but i'm not sure i exactly follow/understand.
Does that mean that CM personalities not in CoM are only accessible though maid transfer or can you create new girl in CoM after linking CoM with a save fullfilling the requirement ?
You can create new maids with the CM3D2 personalities directly after linking, no problem. It's not a requirement to transfer maids but it has its benefits
Are these benefit worth running some cm3d2 or should i just not bother with and stay on com3d2 ?
Starting to wonder if i've messed up someting with the installation : according to the DLC Checker, the personalities pack from 1 to 10 are installed, yet when scouting for a new maid, i'm only offered the basic Muku/Majime/Rindere and Pure/Calm/Tsundere which i suppose are from CM3D2.
Do I need to activate something somewhere so the game realise the DLC are in or may i messed up something during install ?
