This repack is based on the English version of Custom Order Maid 3D2 v1.07 (Nutaku R18 version) which means it comes with the R18 patch preapplied.

This is a VANILLA REPACK, meaning there are no mods or uncensor preinstalled. You have to install them yourself if you wish. See the installation procedure for details.

I made a short guide to help you install and use this repack. Hopefully it will answer some of your questions and clear any confusion.

DLC content was indexed in the guide. Do a search in that list before you ask if the repack has dlc X and Y.
