So what does this "uncensored mod" do, exactly? The provided screens don't exactly tell a whole lot, just that you can make the player character naked.

That's pretty much the whole point of the mod, it allows them to be seen naked without censorship.

Also note this isn't the full game, it's missing the key exe files to run the game, this is just a patch. game_x64.exe and game_x86.exe files are missing, you can't play the game without these files.
