The red-haired girl should be Orihara Sanae from the visual novel ‘Houkago Ren’ai Club’ (After School Romance Club). Actually, that visual novel had a two episode hentai adaptation as well. It’s not that bad, but is pretty softcore.

Thanks for the help, been looking for her by appearance, and was having no luck at all. Never realized the Sega Saturn had 18+ games before looking at the visual novel database for the game’s info.
P.S. For anyone you looking at the 650x476 and thinking what?. It’s not an error, it just happened to not have black/no video in that area like most, so I decided to keep it.
