If anyone’s interested, the changes from the original (2013) in this “Immoral Edition” are: mainly the change from 1024x576 to 1366x768 in screen size, and the addition of your typical BISHOP quality-of-life increasing thingies and on/off switches introduced in their later titles - e.g pubic hair on/off, undress chara standing picture in-game, the enhanced ejac countdown and so forth.
Also, supposedly Win10 support was added too.
