Low_Gravity I’ve tried JP locale but in vain…(The exe file starts just fine but the story doesn’t.)

Try running as admin and compatibility modes.

Check if your drivers are up to date also your Microsoft .net framework:

It could also be a clock problem, try running Jap time.

You can also try this locale emulator, it has worked for me in the past with a game that was stubborn, run “ntleac.exe”:

Other then that, you can try other locale emulators like AppLocale.

My last thought is it could be system corruption, reinstall drivers and do a system check.
Run Command Prompt as admin and type:“sfc /scannow” then hit enter. Best of luck!
