This game was made with one of the earliest versions of RPG Maker, if memory serves me right. I own the Japanese version and that doesn't launch at full screen, on my end, at least (still, one can switch between Windowed Mode/Full Screen simply by pressing F4). The quality of the translation seems rather good, thanks for sharing.
