Change to japanese locale and then mount the ISO file with Daemon Tools or another virtual drive to install, then use the patch named “SakuranoutaPatch100” to update to game to “Ver.1.01”, game is only in japanese, but there were two fan-translations patches released, one that translates the game to chinese and another one that translates it to spanish.
