After many work hours and setbacks I decided that COM3D2 Modpack R3 is stable and good enough for public release. The thing with this sort of packs is that whenever I decide that it's ready, something interesting always pops up and I want to include that too and the cycle continues. Well, here it is. I think it turned out pretty good and it should cover the basics. Let me know if you have any issues with it. Was hoping you could help a bit with this... does it break the game if you change your initial maid's personality in Maidfiddler?

Never tried it but I guess it will break the event triggers so you won't be able to progress. It is a lot safer to use Maid Fiddler to edit the amount of credits, save the maid's preset, hire a new maid and apply that preset with whatever personality you want. Basically a clone with different personality.

Latest MaidFiddler update doesn't even allow you to change the personality of the main characters

Hmm... It's a shame you can't get the true love routes (or NTR if youre into it) on other characters though. But I'll take what I can get lol

another question... I tried reading all the readmes I could find but nothing answered my question. During yotogi scenes there is a row of translated text at the top of the screen that differs from whatever is in the dialogue box. Usually it cuts off some stuff that should be in the dialogue. Any idea what to do in this situation?

I think that happens when you have both japanese and english subtitles enabled. Normally you only need the english subtitles but there are scenes that haven't been translated yet and that's where the autotranslator comes into play. Nothing is displayed if there is no predefined translation available and you have selected english only. I'm not sure which plugin generates that log at the top of the screen. Could be YATranslator.Plugin or AutoTranslatePlugin. These two come from the Translation AIO. There is also XUnity.Autotranslator that comes from Noctsoul Sybaris AIO. I know for sure this one is not the culprit here. When you have double subtitles it means there is no predefined translation and one comes AutoTranslatePlugin and the other from XUnity.Autotranslator. I should probably try and disable one of these since they basically do the same thing. I'd keep XUnity.Autotranslator and remove AutoTranslatePlugin. It throws a bunch of errors in the console anyways so I'll take a look when I can because it annoys me too.

for starters I'd only disable it from the plugin toggle panel and see what happens. top right corner ->gear icon-> P icon-> toggle autotranslate plugin

it seems to only give the prompt to link the games with COM3D2 and not COM3D2x64. (also with COM3D2 it will open a sorth of pre launcher which you don't have in the COM3D2x64 version)

I clearly mentioned in the guide at Step 2 to run COM3D2.exe to link CM3D2 to COM3D2

@senjou223535 You can turn off Autotranslate plugin with F10 key. I don't think it should have any negative impact and it should make the log on the top of the screen go away while still having machine translation from the XUnity.Autotranslate plugin. YATranslator comes into play wherever there are predefined english subtitles or menu translations.

For me Autotranslate plugin seems a lot faster than XUnity.Autotranslate plugin so I'd rather keep it enabled.

None of the presets from the Preset folder works for me. The console says, Access to the path "COM3D Root Folder\Preset\Preset Name" is denied. Presets that were inside Mod.7z do work though.

@meteorzetsu I don't think I quite understand the issue you're having. You are saying that the presets included in the pack work fine. So what are the presets that don't work ? That error sounds like you don't have read/write permission to the Preset folder for some reason or the files are damaged. If they came from an archive maybe it was damaged or need to be extracted with an updated version of winrar or 7zip. I don't know what you might be doing wrong but just to clarify there are 3 types of presets vanilla -> *.preset custom sliders -> *.preset + *.expreset.xml image file -> *.png They must go directly inside the Preset folder. No subfolders. The naming of the preset file should not matter. *preset and *expreset.xml must have the same prefix What type of preset does not work ? Are you sure they are for CM3D2/COM3D2 ? Where did you get them from ? I need a sample in order to replicate the error and possibly help you with the issue
