Encoded the OVA for Karakuri Ninja Girl into high quality MKV h.264 format with English and Japanese audio, along with English Subtitles as well.
For playback all you need is the proper codec or media player if you don’t already have it.
Combined Community Codec Pack or the K-Lite Codec pack should give you all you need and more to play these back.
If you do not wish to install a codec pack, a modern Media Player such as MPC-HC or VLC Media Player should come bundled with everything you need.

@DarkDream787 is right. alot of the old stuff lost the unaltered masters and/or they didnt give them the full unaltered masters. Same with manga. Wasn't really until in the mid 2000's when they allowed the gaijin to have the uncensored versions of stuff.
@martinxk Your just looking at it from a different point of view is all. You’re considering the actual source animation itself. From that point of view that is indeed true that the line on the box would be a lie. However, it’s not a false sign on the cover when viewed from the other point of view the DVD box makers had. It is indeed a totally uncensored version of what was released and available for use by the original animators. The animators are the ones that made it how it is, the box release left it exactly as they released it. Hence the “totally uncensored” line on the box. They left everything in tact and did not remove anything from the available footage they had to work with.
In short, the original Japanese animators drew in the couple of censored things and released it like that for everyone. The box released a ‘totally uncensored’ version of the censored material that the Japanese animators drew and released. Both point of views are true when looked at differently. It all depends on how your looking at it.
