The ToHeart2 XRATED version included is unpatched. The patches for that game are pretty important, as in addition to the normal fixing of typos and stability improvements, the patches also add new characters to Doki Doki Panic Library. At the time of this comment, the patches are all still available at Leaf's website. Also, it's really sad how this collection from 2013 is still almost 100% up to date. The only thing Leaf has made since then as far as I can tell is WHITE ALBUM2 ミニアフターストーリー. I'm happy that Aquaplus has been as successful as it has, but going a whole decade now without a major release under the Leaf label is a real shame.
