If you still don't understand, search the Internet or ask your friends who played this.** After installing .exe file, for example emocre_yoyaku.exe, open the extracted folder and open the koikatsu folder as the other files are not for koikatu. Then install FileCopy.exe in it into your game folder (though sometimes it will automatically detect the folder itself). This is simple if you know the steps. :) As for what these DLCs can do, just search the Internet. Don't be lazy.
