@superelmo I found the game needs to be run in Japanese locale to properly display the text. I'm using Locale Emulator.

I get this error when starting the game: "The code execution cannot proceed because VCOMP140.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem." Please help.

@Meogii Try downloading Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, you may need to install both files https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

I ran the game in Japanese locale and the text's still not displaying correctly. Is it something with the font?

@nowbear, same here. won't working with my Windows 7 Japanese locale, so have to use Locale Emulator. Waiting Mangagamer releases patch 1.01 soon to fixing fonts problem...

Only changed system locale to Japanese.

Tested in Win 7 Ulti 64bit in (japanese locale not locale emulator) not having problems with the text it displays normally though its probably because i have Vera Font since i have also problem with some VN's font like Koihime so i guess why not try DL it and install it in your comp. it might fix it.

SD4ever_HDNever, just copy the magnet links(right mouse button and Copy Link Location/Copy link address) and paste them in your torrent client in File > Add Torrent from URL...

#SD4ever use torrent fetcher filehosting. I never DL any games in Nyaa without this awesome filehosting, since u can avoid DLing trojan faking as game files.

SD4ever_HDNever, just click OK to start the download after it opens and wait. It shows empty cos it’s magnet link. Nothing was removed. The names of the files you're downloading will appear after you connect to someone and start downloading. I tested it before posting and it’s downloading just fine.

Thank you @superelmo it worked this time looks like this is a classic Extract-Deamon tool-Mount type install, but not English patched. Your uploads are better hope you will post a English patch version of Teisoukannen ZERO in the not so distant future tnx again.

I don't know why but I keep getting a "This environment is not supported" error, and although the start-up settings appear, the Start Game button is grayed out and can't be pressed. Anyone knows a fix? I've updated everything (directx, ms vs2015, in japanese locale, compatibility mode etc.) but nothing seems to work.

superelmo, thank you very much for the pointer. I am running Win7 64-bit and I was having trouble with the Startup Check. (This environment is not supported). I wasn't able to run the game as the OK option was greyed out. I even downloaded the Japanese version of this game and it wouldn't open. I thought it was my computer, because I am using an outdated machine. I looked at regedit and couldn't find anything, and I apparently already have the Windows update. The game requires Win7 SP1, by the way. If you go to regedit and open that Mangagamer folder you'll see "Disable Dialog". Change the string to 1 and the message won't appear anymore. I'm so happy now. I spent hours trying to get this to work.
