Please use maho-sub's version (RAW) for upcoming projects, they used waifu2x for the videos and upscale to 720p good quality. I would rather choose a high quality 720p video than a low quality 60 FPS video https://sukebei.nyaa.si/user/Maho-subs or https://sukebei.nyaa.si/user/lian_zhong Thanks!
