Is it just me or you all have the same issue? Can't even get to the menu, just crashed at a bizarre scene.(Filled with buttons and game logo..etc) My guess is that someone made a terrible patch that led to this crash. It all worked fine back in v1.01 though. (P.s. I got the patch from a forum named EYNY A guy called StevenF, his patch is utterly brillant!

Had the same problem. I'll try the method provided by the dude up there, though I'm not sure if I'm gonna find the latest patch :(

Add "-screen-width 1280 -screen-height 720" It is still crash.

1.03 doesn't exist -.-, yet. Anyways check the RevanXe post in here. http://www.hongfire.com/forum/forum/hentai-lair/hentai-game-discussion/5761805-miconisomi-insult-order-released/page21 He uploaded on mega the patch, as workupload is broken or removed.
