why did when i start the game it said "failed to set NECEMEM.SNI" what did i do wrong?

Move the game folder to another location and run as administrator.

I had similar issue as Trap, like "this game failed to load file in playdsb()" - solved by moving the game to C drive - where win os is installed. no admin rights were needed btw. The only issue i have left is weird spaces in words in dialogues, it's like i'm missing some font. Also in fullscreen the image is stretched -_-

Yes, moving the folder to the root directory of C: should be enough to make the game work. I think that error is cos of Windows permission issue and it happens a lot with this engine. My mistake, I forgot to add the font file. You need to install VeraMoBd.ttf - https://github.com/mps/fonts/blob/master/VeraMoBd.ttf The image will stretch cos the game resolution is 800x600. It's like that for most old Visual Novels. You can try changing the resolution of your PC and then go full screen.
