Same old guro schlock you know and love, using the same ancient WMV3 25fps uncensored raw and the same SubDesu subtitles as everyone else, but

1. Not upscaled! So less eyecancer (still plenty to go around).
2. Tarted-up softsubs! So if a better raw ever surfaces, the subs can be directly applied.

Did this release because the 720p hardsubbed upscales are unwatchable.
