i ran the cracker and added the plug ins but it refuses to start

Try to change your System Locale to Japanese. Most Japanese games that do not have have an official English translation need this setting to run.

is this the full game or just the patch i need to put in a fresh tsujidou installation? if it is the full game i still cant play it: i follow the read me steps and when i start the game 3 error windows pop up "bregexp.dll",wuvorbis.dll,theoralib.dll.

im using a locale simulator on japanese would that cause any issues?
