A comment over at eroge dl states they used 2 files from the Japanese version to replace the files for the English version to return the blood. Has anybody else done this and can verify if this is so?
@pancrack Sadly yes but this is 2D stuff. idc about the nasty trap stuff being removed but I shouldn’t say anymore since I’m into 2D imouto’s but in my mind man/woman makes sense to me in a fantasy setting and not man/man sword fighting. I don’t understand why no blood? Maybe there’s something more to this if description is to be believed. At least they didn't cut Matsuri out.

Trap route is like "bad ending". Only 2 scenes(3 HCGs).
I don't know if that will help you, but I'll post it here in case someone else have the same problem:

If you're on windows (I have Windows 10 so it might be different a bit on previous versions), right-click the tenioha.exe, go to properties->compatibility, check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:" and select Application in the drop menu. After that, just click apply and it should work. It did for me."
