It worked fine for me. Have you checked for CRC errors while unpacking? you may need to redownload it, if some errors occured. Also, Japanese language settings/locale? Did you set them properly?
Yep, got jap language settings on window. Works for all my other games. Didn't get an error but I'll try to unpack again and otherwise re-dl, thank you!
You only have to re-download it, if you encounter errors while unpacking. Any decent file archiver should be able to test for file integrity. If you encounter no errors, then the problem lies definitely in your system settings.
