I downloaded it but it doesnt start i already changed my locale to japan it keeps saying insert disc 2

Probably your antivirus messed up the crack. Try to disable your antivirus program and redownload only the exe file - まじこい.exe (1.5 MiB). You can also try using AlphaROMdiE - http://www.mediafire.com/file/vbg7nk8bolcf9xj/AlphaROMdiE.rar. Start the program and Drag and drop the game exe in it.

@Superelmo how can i make the mosaics appear? If i can delete some items/files w/o damaging the game what file is it? Ive been searching the game with mosaics with no prevail. Please help :D

You can try downloading the English patch. Patch the game again, so it can create uninstall.exe. Then follow the instructions here: https://forums.fuwanovel.net/topic/6556-majikoi-translation-project/ (at the bottom of the first post under "Important!") Not tested!
